We are still working for you - just doing so a bit different than normal. Lobbies are closed at all of our offices through April 30, 2020.

 

Many employees are working remotely. Contact lending team members by calling or texting their cell phones or through email during our normal operating hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. You can also reach all offices by calling 866-245-3633.

If you need to discuss your current loan or if you need a new loan, let us know. We can make an appointment to meet you in person or by video conference.

 

These options are available for your convenience:

  • Contact Lending Staff
    Call or text your loan officer’s mobile phone. Email is also an option. Call your branch office to obtain that information or email Info@okagcredit.com.
  • Mail Payments
    Use the envelope provided with your statements to remit payment. Our Lockbox address is Oklahoma AgCredit, FLCA, PO Box 2914, Wichita, KS 67201-2914.
  • Request a Wire Transfer We offer incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Please contact your office by phone or email for details.
  • Sign Documents RemotelyWe can send documents to you via mail carrier. Please let your Loan Officer know your carrier preference.
  • Secure File TransferUse the link to securely send information to your loan officer.
  • Online Banking provides options for you to conduct business from anywhere. Pay your bill, view statements, transfer funds and more.See which access option is best for you.
  • Enroll in our new, improved Online Banking.
  • Mobile Pay, our remote check deposit app, is available to customers on Apple and Android devices. At this time, you will have different login information than your Online Banking. To access Mobile Pay, email onlinebanking@okagcredit.com to start enrollment. Further instructions will be sent after your account has been set up.
