Butch McComas 
Chief Executive Officer

Has more than 29 years experience with Farm Credit. He grew up working on his family farm in Caddo County. Butch graduated from Oklahoma State University in December 1980. He began his Farm Credit career in January 1981. Butch has held many positions within the Farm Credit System, including working for FLBA of Pueblo, Colo.; Chickasha PCA, Okla.; Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, Kan.; and Clinton PCA, Okla. After working for a private business as a consultant and commodity broker, Butch returned to Farm Credit in 1992. He was named CEO of Enid PCA in 1993. The merger of Enid PCA and South Central Oklahoma PCA in 2002 resulted in Chisholm Trail Farm Credit with Butch as CEO.  In January 2015, Butch became the CEO of Farm Credit of East Central Oklahoma and Chisholm Trail Farm Credit when the two formed a joint management agreement to prepare for the proposed merger. He became CEO of Oklahoma AgCredit when the merger became effective Jan. 1, 2016.

Patrick Zeka
Executive VP / Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer

Has more than 22 years experience with Farm Credit. Following the joint management agreement in January 2015, Patrick became Executive VP / COO and CFO of Farm Credit of East Central Oklahoma and Chisholm Trail Farm Credit. Patrick was Acting CEO in September 2014, then Interim President/CEO from October to December 2014. Patrick served as a VP for US AgBank from 1999 to 2008. From 1996 to 1999, he was President of The Oxford Bank, a small community bank in Kansas. He started his career in the Farm Credit System in 1990 and held numerous positions in retail producer lending institutions in Oklahoma and Kansas through 1996. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Kansas.

Steve Davenport
Executive VP / Chief Credit Officer

Has more than 24 years of experience with Farm Credit. Steve grew up in Fairland, Okla. on his family’s farming and ranching operation.  Steve graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration accounting and a master’s degree in communication in 1992.  Upon graduation, he started his Farm Credit career as a loan officer with Federal Land Bank of Enid.  In 1994, Steve joined Enid PCA. Steve earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Phillips University in 1996. In 2002, Steve became the Executive VP / CCO of Chisholm Trail Farm Credit. Following the joint management agreement in January 2015, Steve became the Executive VP / CCO of Farm Credit of East Central Oklahoma and Chisholm Trail Farm Credit until their merger formed Oklahoma AgCredit in 2016.

Dennis Green
Executive VP / Chief Risk Officer

Has more than 36 years experience with Farm Credit. Following the joint management agreement in January 2015, Dennis became CRO of Farm Credit of East Central Oklahoma and Chisholm Trail Farm Credit. Dennis was previously in charge of the Association’s internal credit and operations review program until May 2007 when he assumed the duties of Chief Credit Officer. Dennis graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics in May 1978. Upon graduation he began his career with Farm Credit and has worked in various Farm Credit offices throughout Oklahoma and for a short time, in Dodge City, Kansas.
